Not a dream – a childhood memory…

I believe there were only two imports to the UK of the Alpina version of the 3.0 CSL “batmobile” and in the mid seventies one was occaisionally parked outside our house as my Dad would drive it home from work (at the local BMW dealership).

I went in it several times – once to the Longleat BMW Concours event (don’t know whether t still exists). Fond memories indeed

i had a dream last night with a vintage BMW, and when i did a google search for 1970′s BMWs i realized that this is the one that was in my dream even though i’ve never seen it before in my life.
