I know, I know, the top 10 posts are way too sportbike oriented, but I can't help it. It seems spring has sprung and sellers are anxious to capitalize on the adrenaline allergy (orgy?) season. Here are two more beautiful examples from the Bay Area Riders Forum:

1991 Honda NSR 250 SE MC21, Title and For Sale in California for $6k on BARF:

1991 NSR 250 SE. Current CA registration, clear CA title in hand.
The SE model gets you adjustable front and rear suspension and the zoomy and always exciting dry clutch.
Near original, all stock condition with the exception of chambers and front / rear steel brake lines. Original exhaust/mufflers included. Overall, it's in really nice shape. The chassis, swing arm, forks, wheels and other hard parts are in top condition.
Bodywork has the usual chips here and there and a bit of scuffing on the underside of the lowers.
Currently runs rich but a jet kit is on the way!

For $6k with title -- you have to be kidding me! What a killer deal on a gray market specialty. Is the market dead or is the seller in a hurry? Someone call him up before he changes his mind!

1988 Yamaha FZR1000 For Sale in California with 37k miles and "entertaining offers of $2000-2500" on BARF:

Ask anyone who's seen this bike, it's clean.
All stock, except after market chain and sprockets, 1 down, 2 up.
37K miles.

I can't remember the last time I saw an FZR1000, let alone this clean. Granted, it probably makes less power than this year's R6, but who cares. How cool and original is this sweet bike - and for under $3k!

Up for sale is my beloved 1988 M3. She only has approximately 85k miles on it and it runs great (especially with the Dinan chip). The title is clear (meaning it is not salvage) and it has clean car fax.
I did not spare any cost from her so there are many new parts on my car. Some were part of necessary maintenance but some were changed just so I have peace of mind (plus I am little anal about my cars).

It's a shame that price doesn't include the AC Schnitzer rims shown in the photo's, but otherwise I really like the interior upgrades and overall condition.

I often admire the simplicity, reliability, and stunning performance of the Honda S2000. My wife and I have owned and loved two Honda Preludes, so I guess I'm a bit predisposed to the S2000 without having even driven one; I know it won't disappoint.

Scanning classifieds returns many very clean, low mileage, and under $20k examples. Like these:

And then on the way out of work the other day, I spotted an Acura Integra and realized I had nearly forgotten about the fantastic Acura Integra Type R. And I realized I had forgotten about them because I had pretty much dismissed them -- I figured there weren't any unmolested examples left. And by unmolested, I mean not totally beat on and/or heavily modified.

But I could be wrong. Within only 20 minutes, I spotted this all stock original 1997 Integra Type R on Honda-Tech (55k miles, $16.9k):

The Type R is loaded with cool features, which I'd list, but the Wikipedia article on the Integra Type R is very complete.

Wow! I think if you're a regular reader of my blog, you know what a huge fan-boy I am of Alpina modified BMW's. Hartge is definitely in the same league of tuners. Tuners like Alpina and Hartge are so well respected in Germany, and so extensive in the engineering and modification they perform, that when these cars are completed they are titled under the tuner's brand name, not BMW!

With that foundation, check out this incredibly rare BMW e21 323i based Hartge H3 for sale in California on eBay:

The e21 BMW 3 series model falls between the older BMW 1600/2002 series of 1966-1976 and the newer e30 BMW 3 series from 1983-1991. Considering how hot rare 2002's and e30 M3's are right now, it will be interesting to see where this e21 ends up. Historically, they have never received the love that the other two series have enjoyed. But the 323i was never imported to the states, let alone one modified by Hartge. This e21 could definitely be the exception to the rule. Not to mention the seller has done a great job with the ad including many details, photos and videos of the actual car.

I wish we didn't need a roof or bathroom remodel because I'm really excited about this car!

Naturally I'm a sucker for the alpinweiss M3's, and this example with 63k miles and $22k asking seems to fall right in line with current asking prices for clean and documented e30 M3's:

I still think that $20k+ is too much for an e30 M3, but that doesn't mean I'm not totally star struck when I see one!

It will be interesting to see where the 1975 2002 Turbo Conversion I posted Friday, and this original Turbo auction end up. Especially considering the condition of this one is in rather, uh, original and un-restored. Bidding is already at $22k with 8 days to go! Considering other uber-rare BMW 2002 variants I've posted in the last year have commanded $30-45k, where do you think this one will end up?

I'm a sucker for white German cars, and this 84 911 3.2 for $16k looks like a decent buy on Roadfly. The ad states too many records to list, which is always a good sign. 125k miles on a well maintained early 911 is just getting her warmed up!

For an 84 in good nick, this is worth a look for sure.
