My brother Matt left the PNW this past Tuesday. A really fun year with him here, and I have no doubt he’ll be returning somewhere out this direction as soon as his studio is ready.
We decided to make one last camping trip just before he was leaving town and headed out to Fern View Campground past Sweet Home. We usually shoot for the Trout Creek campground, but even having left early that Friday, it was nearly totally full when we arrived. We had to climb the pass a bit further until we found an empty spot here.
A great Friday afternoon excursion, and a beautiful trip. See you soon, Matt.
